Introduction #

I am Joachim Grimm, a professional software developer currently employed at SSC-Services GmbH. With over a decade of experience in the field, I have honed my skills in various aspects of software development and architecture. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from DHBW Stuttgart and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The Open University.

In addition to my professional commitments, I am an enthusiastic contributor to the open-source community. My interests span several cutting-edge technologies and frameworks, including Jakarta Enterprise, Angular, Micronaut, Nats and Saltstack. One of my notable projects in this space is “Micronaut Nats”, where I apply my expertise to develop robust and scalable software solutions.

I pride myself on being an expert in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes, particularly using Gradle Build Tools and GitLab. My proficiency in software architecture allows me to design and implement efficient, maintainable, and scalable systems. Recently, I have begun expanding my knowledge into product strategy, aiming to bridge the gap between technical implementation and strategic business goals.

Beyond my technical abilities, I enjoy collaborating with peers and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends. My goal is to continue growing as a developer and to contribute to projects that push the boundaries of what software can achieve.
